1. Suitable Retailer Profiles

We primarily collaborate with:

• Specialized physical shops (lingerie, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.)
• Concept stores and independent boutiques
• E-commerce websites (marketplaces or specialized online shops)
• Event and creative professionals (studios, content creators, etc.)

Each request is examined to ensure alignment with the Legs in Black universe and values.

2. Retailer Benefits

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Professional Status

To become a retailer, you must be a registered professional (SIRET number or equivalent for retailers outside France).

3.2 Brand Image & Positioning

Your shop (physical or online) must present an aesthetic and positioning compatible with Legs in Black. We reserve the right to decline a request if the image or content does not align with our values.

4. Registration Procedure

4.1 Partnership Request

To submit your application, please provide the following information:

• Company name and legal structure
• Full address of the headquarters and/or shop
• SIRET number or equivalent
• Website and/or social media accounts
• Activity type (shop, e-commerce, studio, etc.)
• Estimated monthly order volume

4.2 Professional Account Validation

After reviewing your application, we will contact you to:

5. Orders & Professional Pricing

5.1 Minimum Order Amount

A minimum order amount may apply to benefit from retailer pricing. This is specified during professional account validation.

5.2 Pricing Grid

Prices are listed in euros (€), excluding taxes (HT). Applicable VAT is added at invoicing according to regulations and the billing country.

Additional discounts may apply depending on volume or specific agreements.

5.3 Payment Terms

Depending on your profile and history, several payment options may apply:
